Walking Each Other Home

About Walking Each Other Home

Walking Each Other Home is a space where I read my essays aloud and stay with the experience they came from while exploring them in real time. It sits at the intersection of Human Design, nervous system awareness, and self-inquiry. It’s a slow listening space where writing is met again through presence. It’s for people who are drawn to slowing down, noticing their internal responses, and building a more honest relationship with their lived experience.

X: Why You Still Don’t Trust Yourself Even After Learning Human Design

If you’ve been told Strategy and Authority are all you need for your Human Design experiment, and yet trusting yourself still feels hard, this is for you. This is a grounded look at why embodiment of your design is the real work. I’m exploring what changed when I stopped treating it like a mental instruction manual and started approaching it through a body-led lens. And how your access to it is built on capacity and sensitivity. Would you rather read it? IX: How to Recognise When Your Sensitive Nervous System Is Over-Consuming Human Design

Over-consuming isn’t always about curiosity. Often, it is a nervous system strategy for feeling safe. This episode explores how sensitivity, overstimulation, and the search for clarity can pull you further from your own experience, and how to notice when information becomes avoidance.. VIII: How to Begin Your Human Design Experiment (Without Overwhelming Your Nervous System)

Welcome back to Walking Each Other Home. If you’ve listened here before, you might notice this space feels a little different now. I’ll let you experience it. . . This episode is a reading of How to Begin Your Human Design Experiment (Without Overwhelming Your Nervous System) (https://www.silviapoldaru.com/journal/how-to-begin-your-human-design-experiment-with-nervous-system-awareness) A reflection on the tendency to over-consume information, and what it means to begin — or return to — your Human Design experiment through the body instead of the mind. . . VI: Ego is not the bad guy.

As empowered, responsible, discerning beings we can choose our own response. We can choose to not react or respond. Dear listener, Thank you for tuning in for this little experiment which emerged through a powerful and empowering breathwork session I attended earlier today. It was one of the most embodied experiences I’ve had with breath so far. So this experiment is really an emergence from that session and I’m excited to share 4 potent words that emerged and how we can, perhaps as a collective, start to implement it into our daily life. Tune in to hear me riff about this week’s Human Design transits as we are collectively moving through gate 19 with the Sun and gate 33 with the Earth. Themes around our needs may have emerged for you this week. Themes around co-dependence and ego stuff may have emerged. Themes around self-abandonment in the name of others’ needs. Themes around hidden agendas within your needs and meeting others’ needs. Personally, it has been a very illuminating week on the patterns of my ego self and witnessing how it shows up with its shadow side. But this witnessing has been full of love and compassion rather than shame and judgement, meeting it with openness and curiosity rather than beating my self up about it. I mention A New Earth by Eckhart Tolle and Richard Rudd’s Gene Keys book. At the end of the session, you’ll hear me share a bit about the upcoming Aquarian New Moon breathwork circle that’s happening on 9 February, 6 PM UK time. I’ll leave a link below if you’d like to join us. The question that emerged in service of the circle was this: And so how can we lean into our inherent power and take responsibility for it and be really discerning what is in the service of that and what is not? I do hope you join us if this resonates. . . . V: Our limits are here to liberate us.

Hello, fellow wanderer, I am coming to you on the precipice of the journey to the Aquarian underworld. These are energies we got a taster for around March-June last year and we are now diving deeper. These will be the energies and themes that will be present for us as a collective for the next couple of decades. So, a pretty big shift, right? Also, magically coincidental, or not, we have been moving through gate 60 with the Sun this week, closing the Human Design rave year. Gate 60 is known as the Gate of Acceptance, located in our Root center. In Gene Keys it is the Shadow of Limitation , the Gift of Realism, and the Siddhi of Justice. Its partner in Earth this week has been the Gate of Stimulation, 56, with the Shadow of Distraction, the Gift of Enrichment, and the Siddhi of Intoxication. What are the distractions in your life that are limiting your unique self-expression? What are the distractions in your life that are using up your valuable energy? What are you being called to accept on a deeper level about this present moment? What is the liberation within that acceptance? I'll be sharing some of my own experiences and insights with this transit whilst also talking about this concept of the embodiment of our uniqueness according to Human Design BodyGraph. I must say, today’s episode feels pretty potent. I am taking you behind the scenes of what I’ve been experimenting with and hopefully opening up different possibilities for you to start cultivating your trust in your path and your wildly unique process according to your BodyGraph. I’ll also talk about honouring and embracing the Gate of Confusion in the Head center and allowing ourselves to show up for the messy process of figuring it out as we go along through experimentation and embodiment rather than forcing or pushing for an outcome we think we want. Whilst this is me honouring my process of experimentation to see what works, and what doesn’t, perhaps it'll be empowering to you as an invitation to lean deeper into your experimentation with your design and really start to feel your limitations as liberation. I’ll also be sharing about HD and Breathwork and the idea of rewilding our BodyGraphs as a way of transformation and deep healing as the process of becoming an embodied being. What does it all mean? What can it look like? Where to start? Tune in to get a glimpse. If you have any questions about Human Design or Breathwork, or the combination of the two, send them in and I’ll happily answer them in future episodes. Alternatively, you can always come and explore your BodyGraph with me in one of my sessions. Sending you a deep and nourishing breath, Silvia . IV: A Solstice meditation to ground in our stillness and spaciousness

Hello fellow wanderer, I'm inviting you to be, to breathe, to meander with me through a slow and spacious body scan meditation. Whilst I have recorded this felt sense meditation on the Winter Solstice, I hope that whenever it finds you, that's exactly the right time to join me on this inner landscape exploration. May this meditation invite you to be within your stillness, to breathe into your spaciousness, and to meander through your inner landscape in honour of the natural still point that's already within you. So, find a quiet space where you won't be disturbed. Pop on your headphones. Let's head into the stillness and spaciousness of our bodies. Let’s meet our stillness and spaciousness during this dark period we are traversing through, figuratively and metaphorically. Sending you a deep breath on this Winter Solstice day, Silvia . . . III: Patience as a remedy in a world that likes to rush things

What do the Capricorn Moon, pregnant goats, and backtracking have in common? Tune in to find out. In this impromptu chat under the Capricorn Moon, I am coming to you to share a few beautiful synchronicities that have happened since I announced my very first community breathwork offering and the process of trial and error of a 3rd Line profile in Human Design, as well as some transit talk. I am sharing this episode in the hopes that you feel less alone in your creative process which very often also means backtracking and withdrawing, discernment and honesty, and trust. So often we see the successes. But what about the errors? What about the offerings that got released way too immaturely? What if the thing was not right? What if the intention was there but it simply wasn't the right time? Then what? Sending you a deep breath, Silvia ..... II: Breath as a pathway from self-doubt to self-trust

I am coming to you under the balsamic Scorpio Moon, the tail-end of the Scorpio lunar cycle that we’ve been swimming in since the New Moon on November 13. How is your heart? Even though I recorded this episode under Libra Moon and a beautiful Jupiter, Mercury, and Black Lilith triangle yesterday, 8 December, it has been simmering for a while. The process of observing how it came about has been rather illuminating and fascinating. I speak to that process in the episode. I am also inviting in the phrase “breath as a pathway” and playing around with it through the journey from self-doubt and self-limitation to self-trust. And lastly, I share one of my current most favourite breath practices with you. I call it the Heart Breath practice and at the end of the episode walk you through it. I would love to hear about your experiences with the Heart Breath. So, send in a voice note if you're on Spotify, or comment on the episode over on Substack. Sending you a deep breath, Silvia. I: The uncomfortableness of being, yet still choosing to simply be

Hello, fellow wanderer on this untrodden path called life. This is my gentle siren call to my fellow creative rebels, my magical non-conformists, my cosmic wanderers, my hippie hearts, and my beautiful mystical souls who are here to live out your unique creative self-expression. It is time for each one of us to embrace our magic, shine our light, and ripple out our love. In this first episode, I meet you as my unscripted, raw, honest self. That is a very vulnerable place to be but we're going there. This first episode is a doorway in which I meander on the topic of podcasting and my third round around the block, the lesson in the uncomfortableness of being, and breathing. I hope you join me in being, breathing, and meandering. Sending you a deep breath, Silvia Receive my Moonthly Letters (https://theuntroddenpath.substack.com/s/moonthlyletters).
