Podcast Overview

Hey, I’m Wanda. I’m 33, living in Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan, and I’ve been working through borderline personality disorder, PTSD, and ADHD for most of my adult life. I’ve spent the last seven years in therapy and medication management, learning how to live with my mind instead of fighting it. This podcast is my way of sharing what I’ve picked up along the way. I talk about mental health news, review different treatments and tools, and have honest conversations with people who’ve been through it—whether they’re professionals or just folks trying to figure things out like me. I don’t have all the answers, but I do have experience. And I believe that talking about mental health openly can make a real difference. If you’re looking for a space that’s honest, supportive, and judgment-free, I’m glad you’re here.

Season 2 Episode 13 Adriene Caldwell Author of Unbroken: Life Outside the Lines

This episode is not for the faint of heart—but it is for the brave. For anyone who’s ever wondered if healing is possible after the unthinkable, this story offers proof. Our guest has lived through a constellation of traumas—emotional and physical abuse, sexual violence, homelessness, foster care, and profound loss. And yet, they’ve done more than survive. They’ve thrived. With less than 3% of former foster youth attending college, and 20% of the U.S. prison population having spent time in foster care, this episode confronts the brutal statistics—and the systems behind them. But it also offers something rarer: hope. Not the sanitized kind, but the kind forged in fire. The kind that says, “You are not alone. This pain will not last forever. Your future can be different.”

https://www.unbrokencaldwell.com/

🎙️ Big thanks to PodMatch for connecting us with another incredible guest! Season2Episode12 Reginald Martin: Spiritual Architect | Creator of Kametaphysics™ & Paradoxical Heka

In this raw and resonant conversation, Reginald Martin—creator of Kametaphysics™—joins us to explore the hidden “operating systems” that shape our mental health and sense of self. Drawing from his lived experience with depression, religious conditioning, and profound loss, Reginald shares how breath, voice, and symbolism can help us reconcile the paradox: “I feel broken, AND I am whole.” 💡 What you'll hear: Why relapse and self-doubt aren’t failures—they’re identity defaults trying to reassert control How breath and sound practices regulate the nervous system in moments of anxiety or shame What it takes to reconstruct identity so healing becomes sustainable, not situational Reginald’s personal journey of rebuilding after repeated loss—and the sovereignty it revealed Listeners will walk away with honest insights and practical tools to support their mental health journeys. Plus, Reginald offers a guided practice so you can feel the shift in real time. No filter. Just facts. And a whole lot of healing.

https://reginaldmartin.substack.com/

🎙️ Big thanks to PodMatch for connecting us with another incredible guest!
