Hello! 真的總算又復活了，我的頻道！ 很明顯的，剛開始一週沒更新就會有人來敲碗，後來已經洗腦到一個月不見才會有人來聯絡， 最近真的更慘，完全無消無息，也沒有人關注我是否還活著，也是很悠哉地過著生活，蠻好的。 我這兩個月非常刻意專注在維持自己生活的框架，讓生活變得很簡單，只做自己想做的事情， 思考專注力的影響，規律的上健身房，還開始每天自己煮飯來吃，除此之外也把腳步放慢， 不再去因為自己讀書進度過慢而焦慮，也不會因為該去追求別人的期待而亂了自己的節奏。 很喜歡現在這樣的生活，也希望能夠與更多也一樣正在自己旅程中的人一起交流。 「如果覺得沮喪，給自己一些時間躲起來，任何人都需要洞穴，那是醞釀能量的所在。」 現在的我，完全能夠體會這樣的感受，在洞穴裡，不會有任何人打擾自己，會開始覺得自己做的每一件事情都很值得。
