WFR 015 - Wayne Becker
What does it take to run a successful track? Wayne Becker joins Jack to share his first hand knowledge of everything that he's put into running Park Jefferson Speedway. Wayne spent time researching and developing what some of the best tracks in the area did to be successful and more "race-y" and incorporated some of those features into his track. From adjustments to the tracks length, to adding a campground and swimming pond and even a haunted house, Wayne has put the necessary improvements and investments into Park Jefferson Speedway to maximize his tracks potential and become one of the premier tracks in the area.

WFR 014 Bobcat/Johnathon Logue
Bobcat is a man of many talents. From driver to fabricator, to interviewer and now interviewee. Jack and Bobcat sit down to discuss the art of the build including the new IMCA frame. Bobcat talks about his finish at Supernationals and talks with Jack about the overall state of racing. Both men discuss how the delicate balance is maintained between racing, life, and other hobbies, jobs, and duties. Jack discusses his recent trip to Africa.

WFR 013 - Kenny Wallace
You may know Kenny Wallace and his successful family of racers from NASCAR, but lately Kenny has been wearing the tires on the dirt track. Jack and Kenny gather together to chat about Kenny's first exposure to the bright lights as well as about who the next rising stars are in the sport. Wallace shares some stories about Dale Earnhardt Sr. and Jack asks about if Sr. was actually an Intimidator off the track. As always, the guys chat about what the future or racing has in store, and Kenny's favorite track food.

WFR 012 - Dallon Murty
If you know Dallon Murty, you know that he was born into racing. Following in his father Damon’s footsteps, he was in the driver’s seat of his Go Carts at 3 years old. Eventually he came into his own becoming the IMCA rookie of the year in 2019. Dallon and Jack sit down to talk all things racing including Super Nationals, the state of racing, and some scary wrecks in Dallon’s career.

WFR 011 - Logan Kelly
Logan Kelly and Jack want you to understand, there are ways to properly let a flagman know your displeasure with his call. It probably isn’t by showing him your favorite finger or using colorful commentary to brighten his day, and it sure isn’t by posting on social media. But they also want you to know that the man in the flagstand is also human. Burnout, family, other commitments and being a racing fan are all part of the gig too. While it might look like fun and games, Logan opens up about some of the difficulties of flagging 100 races over a season, some heartache off the track, and how his father’s final memories were doing what he loved. The guys discuss Super Nationals and Logan shares a controversial take on the Boone Steak Sandwich while Jack lamented over his Boone Steak Sandwich blunder.

WFR 010 - Kelly Tapper
The hierarchy of mechanics starts at flashlight holder, then tinkerer, to wrencher, then mechanic, and finally master mechanic. But if you know the difference between smog heads, double hump heads, ARP rod bolts, Ohio pistons, Rochester 2 barrels, and 350 blocks (2-bolt or 4-bolt), then you may finally be at the level that Warfare Racing's Engine Master Kelly Tapper is at. Jack and Kelly sit down and chat over some of the changes that Kelly has seen in his years of working on cars and engines. He discusses finding the balance of finding parts that are not necessarily the lightest for the track, but also are durable and perform to what the driver's needs are. Jack catches up everyone on the upcoming Supernationals schedule.

WFR 008 - Zach Gerhardt
When you catch or run a race at Fairmont Raceway, you know a few things are going to be true: the track is going to be fast, the concessions are going to be restaurant quality, and Zach Gerhardt and his family are going to put everything into running a great show.
Zach tells his story from growing up in the pits to leaving racing when he was 16 years old. He also recalls the highs and lows of working some odd jobs, to taking out a loan with the strictest loan officer, his father. He shares how he went from selling a few trailers to being diagnosed with Hodgkins Lymphoma where he immediately had to adopt the mentality of "grind to achieve" so he could leave something for his family. Against his father's advice, Zach started to get back into racing and bought a car and used his time at the race track to help his business. Eventually, the opportunity arose to purchase "the fastest half-mile dirt track in the midwest" and he pulled the trigger in 2022. Jack and Zach discuss what it takes to get car counts up in the future and what promotions look like in 2024.

WFR 007 - Jeffrey Larson
It's only fitting that Warfare Radio episode seven has the #7 driver himself, Jeffrey Larson. The War Machine wheelman has been in the driver's seat for the past two seasons and takes time out of his busy schedule to grab a more comfy seat with Jack. The eldest Larson brother tells the audience how he was raised into racing and how it fueled his passion to want to be the best. Jack and Jeffrey share some stories of their time before becoming teammates, and some of the great (and winning) times they've had since. Both of the guys recap a few of the last weeks' races and touch on some upcoming races they have their eyes on. Jeffrey shares some crazy stories from pit row that many fans may not have known about.

WFR 006 - Aaron Haggerty
Aaron Haggerty went from racing Hornets at age 12 to Stock Cars at 16 years old and took his experiences behind the wheel to build relationships outside of the car after he wrapped his first vehicle in 2011. His current businesses, Auto Style Inc. and Local Legends Racewear, bring his passion from the track to vinyl graphics and apparel with Aaron's tough love attitude. Aaron sits down with Jack and has a conversation about what they think can help build racing to the level we all wish it could be. Both start off the podcast with some possible time-saving hacks at the airport.

WFR 005 - Salute to Veterans Races with Jason Becker and Cory Weeks
The Salute to Veterans race got its start with a single event and one patriotic car at the Kossuth County Speedway in Algona four years ago. This highly successful event has now expanded to a three-race tour to mark the fifth anniversary in 2024. Executive Director of Hunting with Heroes, Jason Becker, along with Marine and Purple Heart Recipient Cory Weeks sit down with Jack to highlight all the events happening over the three days and races that encompasses the Salute to Veterans series. WFR 004 - Zach Heidebrink
Zach Heidebrink is a flagger that stands above the action in his flagging stand (or in some cases, on the wall) that got his start as many racing staff does: watching races as a kid. From the pits to the flags, Zach has worked many different positions at a track. He joins host Jack Zimmerman to share his adventures from years traveling across the country and tells his unique experiences and highlights from flagging.
