Fast jeder Mensch schaut wohl mindestens einmal am Tag in den Spiegel, um zu schauen, wie man aussieht. Viele machen sich über ihr Aussehen Sorgen. Andere empfinden ihr Äußeres als ganz normal, als etwas, worüber man sich keine Sorgen machen sollte. Es gibt gesellschaftliche Schönheitsideale und Moden, die uns darin beeinflussen können, ob wir uns und andere als schön empfinden. In dieser Episode beschäftigen sich Ilona, Meryem und Thien mit diesem Thema und versuchen eine Antwort zu finden auf die Frage „Was ist eigentlich normal?“.
