<p>While it's still too early to call this a franchise review, we decided to give Damien Leone's Terrifier two-some the full feature review treatment. That's right! For this episode we dropped our individual rating segments to focus on Art the Clown's Halloween hi-jinks and all the sadistic glee that entails.
