Episode 6 - International Women's Day with Lena Stolby

In the special episode dedicated to International Women's Day, I was joined by my new co-host Tlhonepho, and we celebrated women together with Berlin-based comedian Lena Stolby who brought her funny and fresh perspective on feminism, women and other stuff. This episode is more funny than inappropriate.

Episode 5 - Black History with Tyrone Stallone

February is officially Black History Month in the US and because Germany is basically the colony of the United States and still has around ~40 000 US troops on its land, people here closely follow everything that happens in the metropole.

I used this opportunity to educate myself on black history by talking to one of Berlin most lit comedians, Tyrone Stallone. Tyrone came to Berlin all the way from LA, which automatically makes him a black history expert in my eyes. Besides being a great storyteller, Tyrone also travelled to more than 30 countries, so we also discussed topics such as sex tourism and racial issues all around the world.

Episode 4 - German Turks with Nihan Altug

This is the first truly German episode. Since I moved to Germany I was always fascinated by Turkish culture and people because they are such a crucial part of modern Germany bringing flavour to Berlin with delicious doners, 24-hour open Spatis and unquestionable swag but still living in a sort of a parallel society…

So for this episode, I invited my only Turkish-German friend Nihan to talk about her experience living in Germany. Among other stuff, we talked about topics like the difference between integration and assimilation, racism and how to pick up Turkish girls.
