Hey, ich bin der Michi. Aber eigentlich nennt mich jeder Perle. Jeden Freitag nehme ich euch mit, auf meine ganz persönliche und intime Reise in und durch mein Gehirn. Depressionen? ADHS? Persönlichkeitsstörung? Bipolar? Ich habe durchaus schon einige Diagnosen gesammelt und diese sorgen ab und an eben auch für so ein "jucken" im Gehirn. Stellt euch vor, ihr habt da so eine Stelle im Ohr, an die ihr nur mit einem Wattestäbchen drankommt. Und jetzt befindet sich diese Stelle aber noch viel tiefer in eurem Kopf und Ihr versucht einfach nur irgendwie da ranzukommen. Dann braucht ihr (wie ich) ein Wattestäbchen fürs Gehirn, um endlich dieses eine Problem zu erwischen, welches euch vielleicht schon seit Ewigkeiten auf die Nerven geht. Keine Pauschallösung für alles, aber vielleicht der erste Schubs in die richtige Richtung.
