The Washington Navy Yard area, home to FEMA, the GSA, and other federal agencies, has about 4,500 parking spots but approximately 17,000 workers are expected to commute into the area. </p><p>During this episode I speak with Colin Browne, Washington Area Bicyclist Association Communications Director, about how federal workers can leverage biking to make commuting into the city easier. </p><p><br></p>
