In this episode, he shares how he went from being a dominant runner in NSW to sustaining a multi-year rare injury in which he was told he may never be able to run ever again. It is a miracle to see him back so quickly and he has gone against all odds. He goes into detail on the mental toll it took him and also his clothing label ‘Envialo Track Club’ which he has established during his forced hiatus from running.
