[…] And so, again, fast forward to high school, right? Like, here I am. I mean, I ran the wing T in high school. My sophomore year, I still play JV. Like, again, I was not some destined, you know, again, fro. And then my junior and senior year, I finally played varsity, but my high school running back is this guy named Reggie Bush. So we ran the wing team, but I couldn't get recruited. I handed the ball out. I only threw the ball like four times a game, which was the smart thing to do when Reggie's your running back. But I just couldn't get recruited. I mean, every school in the country was on our campus looking at Reggie and none of them, you know, they all said thanks, but no thanks to me. […]
