In Daniel 5:17–31, King Belshazzar’s downfall serves as a sobering reminder that God holds us accountable for the truth we know but refuse to obey. Despite knowing how God humbled Nebuchadnezzar, Belshazzar proudly rejected the Lord and was weighed in God’s balances, found wanting, and judged that very night. Pastor Rob challenges us to humble ourselves before God, recognizing that neither our accomplishments nor another person’s faith can save us—only repentance and faith in Jesus Christ, who bore our judgment and offers salvation.#WeighedAndFoundWanting #Daniel5 #BookOfDaniel #PastorRob #WaynetownBaptistChurch #GodsJudgment #RepentAndBelieve #JesusSaves #FaithInChrist #BiblicalTruth #ExpositoryPreaching

In Adam or in Christ? – Romans 5:12–21
In this sermon, Pastor Rob explains how Adam’s disobedience brought sin, condemnation, and death upon humanity, while Jesus Christ’s perfect obedience, death, and resurrection provide justification, righteousness, and eternal life to all who believe. Through Christ, God’s abundant grace does more than overcome the consequences of Adam’s sin—it gives believers a new standing before God and victory over the reign of death. Every person is either in Adam or in Christ, and the call is clear: repent, trust in Jesus Christ for salvation, and live in the freedom of His grace.

Lesson 3: Another Gospel – The Mormon Doctrine of Salvation
This lesson examines how Mormonism redefines grace, salvation, and eternal life by teaching that immortality is freely given to all, while exaltation in the celestial kingdom requires obedience to laws and ordinances. In contrast, Scripture teaches that salvation is entirely by God's grace through faith in Jesus Christ, apart from works (Ephesians 2:8–9), and that believers can have assurance of eternal life because of Christ's finished work. We are reminded to stand firm in the true gospel, recognizing that good works are the fruit of salvation, not the means of earning it.
