Prior to this appointment, she served as Vice President, Global Human Resources for two BorgWarner businesses (most recently Fuel Systems and Aftermarket), joining the manufacturer in 2020. While at BorgWarner, she led the Delphi Technologies integration, a significant portion of which became PHINIA.</p><p>A 25-year HR Business Partner veteran, Alisa possesses experience across a wide range of industries, including steel, robotics, industrial automation, smart technologies, and electronic manufacturing. She has held leadership roles in both large global corporations and emerging companies. Prior to joining BorgWarner, Alisa worked for ABB AG and Robert Bosch GmbH, with assignments in North America, Europe, and India.
