Spring is finally coming and Liz and Katarina are discussing how leadership in many ways are stuck in "old school" management thinking. The trends for 2025 show that soft skill in leadership are more important than ever before and it's not about command and control but rather how to build empowerment and trust. We meet with Lena Bergqvist, an experienced leader who has spent 35 years in the automotive / production industry in different leadership roles, companies and countries. Her experience is clear: Building relationships and trust is absolutely key in driving change and transformation. She will also share some really concrete tools which you as manager can use; speed dating is making a difference in making sure that you have all on board. Thanks for listening and please help us share the word about our podcast!
