A conversation about Mental Health W/ DJ Williams

In this Episode, I have a conversation with my friend DJ about Mental Health. Me and DJ are not Mental Health professionals, we just have had many conversations over the years about Mental Health and it's played a big role in our friendship. Our hope is that the conversation that we have can lead to more conversations for others around Mental Health, hopefully breaking the stigma and taboo that can surround those conversations.  I do want to give a TRIGGER WARNING at the 26 minute mark DJ brings up an interaction with Sexual Assault. We do not go into explicit details, but we do know that this could bring up some unwanted trauma for some. If you have encountered any type of sexual assault or sexual abuse and haven't had the space to talk about it we want to encourage you to call the National Sexual Assault Hotline at 1-800-656-4673 and I want to encourage you to please seek out professional help if you have any type of trauma in your life, I believe that no one should have to navigate through trauma on their own.
