I truly believe that we don't stop grieving. I think what happens is grief, like everything else evolves. I agree. So how we grieve and what we experience in our grief changes over time. But I don't think once we've had the loss of someone or something, I'm including my pets. I am thinking about, you know, very, very beloved. You know, you really don't ever not grieve it. You just grieve differently. You're right. You do. And, you know, one thing that, um, that really, really occurred to me when this happened and when I decided to keep working on the book and I decided to start using things in the book to help me is that the one thing that death does of a loved one is it takes your hope away.
