004 Solidarity, Burnout and Herbalism

In this episode I chat with Nicole, who runs @solidarity.apothacary. Nicole is a frontline organiser and herbalist based in the UK. She has written two brilliant books 'Overcoming Burnout' and 'The Prisoner's Herbal' which are available to buy at the website www.solidarityapothcary.org. If you need the support of plant allies email Nicole at info@solidarity.apothacary.org CW: prison, violence, trauma, mental health/illness, burnout, sexual assault. In this episode we talk about the SHAC campaign, being raised by the animal rights movement, Nicole's experiences of prison and of course the important role plants and herbalism plays in healing, community and liberation.    Apologies for the bad sound in this episode (I had to record on my phone's voice notes as I was away from home!)
