I am Kunal Rajput, a 28 year old strength and conditioning coach from Mumbai with over 8 years of experience in the fitness industry. To put simply , my day job is to meet people and push their physical and mental limits in order to improve their fitness levels and thereby, improving their overall lifestyle. That being said, its not a unilateral transfer of information and before every session I’ve lead, I try to indulge in a 10 minute conversation with every person I coach and by doing that, I get to know a lot more about their life and their experiences. Over the years these 10 minute conversations have helped me grow personally and professionally.
