From experimental beginnings to many bold reinventions, listen to how much two guys can talk about the complexities of beating up tons of dudes with classic historical weapons and also a boat.

Episode 9 arrives, ready to tell the tale of a man whose brain power and wife-loving levels sit at opposite ends of the spectrum. Sid and Melo take a long look at how this entry fits into its own revered lineage, as well as the milieu of 3D action games as a whole.

WTAG6ex - Dragon's Dogma Bonus
The crew somehow fails at syncing audio after 5 episodes without ever screwing it up, followed by Goggalor going on tangents to dunk on Sid repeatedly.

WTAG2 - Resident Evil Code Veronica
Sid is joined by Goggalor and ZenScissors to discuss Resident Evil CODE: Veronica (and its rerelease). Hear all about the entry that finally pushed its characters out of acting like they're in the real world by making them realize they're in some kind of bizarre operatic anime.

WTAG2ex - Resident Evil Code Veronica Bonus
The team muses about beating the game with a knife, the awful Resident Evil films, the nice Tyrant asses, and Leon being BFFs with the president. Stay ‘til the end for a lovely speech from Alfred!

WTAG1ex - Phantasy Star Online Bonus
Miijhal ruins a serious, thoughtful discussion about symbol chat, followed by collective mockery of Phantasy Star Universe and terrible early design choices in Phantasy Star Online 2. The crew laments Sega’s failures in localizing PSO2 and then the failures of the Southeast Asian release. Then some *FAN COMMUNITY DRAMA*. Bonus episodes are all bile and tears.

WTAG1 - Phantasy Star Online
Welcome to the inaugural episode of We Thought About Games! For episode 1, Sid (failing to introduce himself) is joined by NextTime, Miijhal, and Kirbysuperstar to discuss innovative and influential online action-RPG Phantasy Star Online. It’s three and a half hours of what can charitably be called “openly structured” discussion. Episode 2 will probably have a more detailed outline to work from.
