A Minecraft Movie from 2025 is a bad film. Jack Black and Jason Momoa plus other unnecessary characters piddle about in a 3D blocky world in the most Macguffinest movie ever. Jay knows literally nothing about Minecraft so this should be fun. Have a listen and see if he becomes a blockhead.

Star Wars Episode IX: The Rise of Skywalker
Star Wars: Episode IX - The Rise of Skywalker from 2019 is a bad film.... although heavily disguised as a good film. Everything has been thrown at this to make it palatable- money, CGI, jokes, old characters, and action galore. However, once all this has been skimmed off the surface what we're left with is a big, fat heap of inconsequential nonsense. Listen as Gary and Jay relive the jerky, flashy, crashy Rise of Skywalker until they get motion sickness. "Somehow Palpatine returned." Somehow this film got made.

Star Wars Episode VIII: The Last Jedi
Star Wars: Episode VIII - The Last Jedi from 2017 is a bad film... although this is the one that finally split the fandom in twain. Listen to Gary and Jay weigh up the pro and cons (or cons and more cons) of this divisive Disney sequel. What's up with Luke Skywalker? Don't know! Who is Snoke? Who cares? Where is this trilogy heading? No idea!
