Ep. 31 - Our end of year recap!
<p>This week we’re fully embracing the end-of-year slump: Baileys in tea, incense burning, and zero prep. Classic We Will Manage Mondays energy, but on a Thursday!</p><br><p>We catch up on everything that’s been happening behind the scenes — Alba settling into her new London flat (and trying not to buy every plant she sees), and Saoirse navigating the wild transition of going 80% into her startup while still wrapping up loose ends at her current job. Big moves all around.</p><br><p>We talk raises, trial periods, chaotic Decembers, unrealistic goals, Lapland plans, and that weird bittersweet mix of exhaustion and pride you get at the end of a long year.
