Property Management: What do they Actually Do?
<p>In episode 6, Chris and Devon explain the role of the property management company in your investment relationship with Wealth Cap.</p><br><p>First of all, they find tenants and screen them to make sure they will be a good fit for your property. Once they deem a tenant able to rent they will get the contracts signed, take the first month's rent, and deal directly with the tenant for you. Closing on the Property

You’re Under Contract, Now What?
