This episode defines <strong>culture </strong>vs <strong>climate </strong>and discusses the laying of a solid foundation for our District and classrooms. Dr. Caposey expresses his thoughts on how teachers may approach continuous growth, pursuit of excellence by defining integrity and equity and finding courage over comfort. Culture is like a seed: either we produce a nurturing environment or we let the culture erode away. What is important is the story I am telling myself. </p>
