<p>Welcome to Weaving the Soul. Beauty in the Darkness (Softening the Darkness)
<p>On this episode, what if there was actually beauty in the dark places within yourself? This week, we’re exploring the beautiful places that await us in the darkness. <br/><br/>In this series we’ve explored the darkness deeply and what it means to take the descent by choice, or not, into a dark night. I truly believe that seeing the beauty of darkness comes through being willing to look at it from a place of compassion.<br/><br/>When you choose to look at your own darkness, and eventually darkness in all forms, with compassion, you begin to see the power that it holds. <br/><br/>When you meet your dark emotions with compassion, instead of judgment, their grip on you lessens and you can move through them with more ease each time they arise.
