<p>I meet so many writers who say they have trouble writing, but for me, I try to not put so much pressure on myself during the process.</p> <p><br></p> <p>In fact, I started 2020 by writing a poem every day, and now in July, I've written over 200 poems; all of which are an essential groundwork for me to develop into a full manuscript or larger project for the future. </p> <p>In this podcast episode, I take the time to explain my writing process behind writing a poem every day, as well as what other writers can do to design a writing process for themselves. <p>For this week's acting tip, I wanted to explain how crucial it is for actors to be prepared for their auditions. But not only do you have to be prepared; you also need to execute what you prepare in order to find success. </p> <p>I recently had an experience with this for my virtual call audition for NBC's The Voice. At the end of the day, regardless of being picked or not to move on to the next round, I can still take pride in knowing that I prepared myself beforehand and I executed what I prepared. </p> <p>As an actor, that's the only thing you have control over; your hard work and dedication before the audition, and then how you do during the audition. That's your only job!
