CHRISTMAS 2024
Have you ever received unexpected good news?
What is the greatest announcement you’ve ever heard? Over 2,000 years ago, the world’s greatest news was delivered to a group of shepherds out in the fields. Imagine what a shock it was when they witnessed a brilliant light pierce the darkness. Though the announcement of our Savior’s birth was the best news ever, it was also overwhelming and unexpected. Yet, it was a moment of wonder and joy—one that changed everything.
This Christmas, we celebrate that life-changing moment when the shepherds heard the good news. But here’s the best part: that announcement wasn’t just for them.
Join us for Christmas at Waters Edge as Pastor Stu shares how this extraordinary gift still pierces the darkness and brings hope to each of and every one of us today.

The ____ That Stole Christmas Pt 4
Are you a “can’t stop, won’t stop” kind of person?
Is Christmas stressing you out? Christmas- it’s supposed to be a season of celebrating the birth of Jesus. It’s a time of peace and love. But let’s be real: it’s also a season loaded with expectations. Some of those expectations are self-induced, while others come from family and friends. Before you know it, you’re stressing, worrying, and hustling to make “Christmas” happen. All of that leaves you feeling anything but peaceful because you’re caught up in the grind.
But here’s the good news: the grind doesn’t have to steal your Christmas. In the Bible, we see Mary prioritizing relationships and savoring the moment while her sister, Martha, was focused on work. This week, we’ll hear the finale of “The _____ That Stole Christmas, Part 4: Grind”, exploring how the grind can impact your faith.
Join us this week as we learn how to shift our focus away from being busy to truly cherishing the season- prioritizing what matters most over the “work”.
