Das Frühjahr ist für mich die schönste Zeit des Jahres. Die Natur erwacht aufs Neue. Alles grünt du blüht. Neue Lebenspläne werden geschmiedet. Visionen dürfen reifen. Für mich persönlich ist das Frühjahr stets ein neuer Beginn, mich weiter zu entfalten. Warum ist Entfaltung so wichtig und kraftspendend? Das ist das Thema meiner heutigen Podcastfolge aus der Reihe Weg zu mir selbst. Für mich ist es ein echtes Phänomen, dass ich sofort mit Orten in Resonanz treten und mich mit ihnen in verbinden kann. Der Hof von Thomas Kinkele in Tremsbüttel ist so ein Ort. Mit dem Autor, Pflanzenexperten und Duftschamanen sowie der Entspannungstherapeutin Manuela Stolte habe ich mich genau dort zu diesem Thema ausgetauscht - insbesondere darüber, wie wir die feinen Schwingungen in uns kraftspendend für unser Leben nutzen können.
