<p>在前幾集裡，我們已經走過了侯布里昂、拉菲、拉圖與瑪歌。這一集，將來到最後一個五大酒莊——木桐（Château Mouton Rothschild）。</p><p><br /></p><p>我們先回顧幾個重要的歷史轉折：從 12 世紀英法聯姻開啟的「紅酒航道」，到 16 世紀末英格蘭擊敗西班牙無敵艦隊、荷蘭進入黃金時代，再到 17 世紀侯布里昂率先進入英格蘭宮廷，和 18 世紀拉圖與瑪歌的崛起。最後，在 19 世紀，羅斯柴爾德家族分別購入拉菲與木桐，讓五大的格局逐漸成形。</p><p><br /></p><p>1855 年分級時，木桐僅被列為二級。但經過百年的堅持與改革，終於在 1973 年破格升上了一級，與其他四大並肩，成為今日完整的「波爾多五大」。木桐的故事，不只是釀酒的故事，更是一段關於藝術、野心與文化的傳奇。</p><p><br /></p><p>本集特別選用 舒曼的〈阿拉貝斯克〉（Arabeske, Op.18） 作為音樂，這首曲子清新而優雅，就像木桐在葡萄酒世界中的姿態——細膩、藝術化，卻又帶著獨特的力量。</p>
