#怎么维持恋爱的长久呢？#<br /><br />两个人确定恋爱关系后，怎么去经营维护这份恋爱呢？<br />在热恋期的时候，两个人看彼此都是数不清的优点，即使有缺点，也极容易忽视。那过了热恋期，磨合期，怎么去相处呢？磨合期相处好了，就可以继续往下发展，相处不好，也就有可能扳了。所以，磨合期的相处很关键。每个人的性格都不同，但所有人通用的办法，就是积极有效的沟通。互相包容差异点。<br />其次呢，就是，双方在谈恋爱期间，彼此的付出要对等，也就是常说的事事有回应。不只是物质上的，也包括精神的回应。女生的心思很细腻，男孩子对女孩子多一点耐心，多多的倾听和支持，就是很好的催化剂。<br />最后，还有一点，就是，心理学上讲，叫心理弹性。举个例子，有的恋人喜欢“互怼”，越怼感情越深，也越能体现出高的情商。有的人则容易生气。比如，男孩子说，你吃真多，有的女孩子会生气，说，你嫌弃我？有的会说，能吃是福！看，就是这样，不同的回答方式，对恋情的影响也不一样。<br />想要维持恋情的长久，一点一滴的去积累温暖，在生气的时候想想之前的温情，用平和的心态就应该突发事件。祝福大家都能坚持到白头！

承担起责任会减少迷茫
生命的意义是什么？<br /><br />有一个上高中的小朋友曾问我，什么是生命的意义？为什么我这么迷茫？我当时告诉他的是，这个意义你慢慢去琢磨思考，不如先过好当下，好好学习。可是他还是喃喃道：那为什么要学习呢？有什么意义？<br />我当时的想法是，生命的意义，我个人觉得是为了追寻心灵的自由，让自己变得更好，给予别人温暖，自己也会收益。可是，我怕我说了，小朋友不爱学习了，我不能这么说。我怕他理解成单纯的享乐主义，放弃学习，那就是我的过错了。<br />我并不觉得当时的想法有错误，因为那是一个环境下产生的想法，可能当时的我确实觉得自由自在不错，确实那时候的淡然达到了一个程度。后来，发生了一些事，我突然觉得，或许对于一个成年人来说，生命的意义是责任。在我成年前，爸爸妈妈给予我能给我的最好的条件，护我周全。现在的我，褪去青涩，任性，是时候，护爸妈周全，互伴侣周全，互所有爱你的人周全。爱是一个交换的过程，彼此温暖，才能达到1+1大于2的效果。<br />所以，现在，我想说，生命的意义在于，自己保持一份淡然的心态，承担起该承担的责任。

年轻的时候失败了那就重头再来
#年轻的时候失败了，难道就注定一生要失败吗？#<br /><br />有人说，在20岁到30岁之间，是一个最重要的时段，这段时间的发展，决定了你后半生的生活质量。可是，年轻，不就是正好是一个体味生活酸甜苦辣的时间吗？疯狂，新鲜，大起大落，痛苦，难过，快乐，刺激…也正是体验过了这么多的生活感受，才能识别出平平淡淡才是真，才能用温暖填充余生。即使，在最好的年华，一败涂地，那也因为年轻，可以重头再来。经历过的都是必要的，即使是痛苦。我们需要做的就是总结经验，在下一次遇到同样的问题，我们能够做出更正确的选择。有人做过一个实验，两个同样的铁球，分别在一个平坦的轨道和一个崎岖的轨道上，以同样的初速度开始运动。结果是，在崎岖的道路上，铁球运动的更快。这说明了什么呢？有挫折的生活你会成长的更快。所以，不要害怕遇到困难，那只是生命长河中的一个经历，但你的态度和处理方式，会决定你的成长速度。所以，你知道该怎么做了吗？
