<p>I have decided to take a break from podcasting to brainstorm new ideas and new directions to take it. <p>Meditation and mindfulness have become such buzz words that you might tend to gloss over the many benefits.</p> <p>I have used meditation to help relieve sciatic nerve pain with each pregnancy, for my neck and shoulder pain, for stress relief and for a positive start to my day.</p> <p>Marcy herself started meditation in a yoga class and it had such a profound effect on her well-being. She talks about her corporate job creating stress that had a negative impactt on her physical and emotional health.</p> <p>There is not a right or wrong way to meditate.
