Breaking the Diet Cycle
<p>If you're feeling frustrated and a little helpless from constantly trying to control your eating habits, but struggling with yo-yo dieting, repeated binges, and feeling like you're never able to make lasting progress, then you are not alone!</p><p>In this episode, I apply the process of change I shared in the previous episode to the important concept of your relationship with food and achieving sustainable weight loss.
