Hoe geef je nou een perfecte elleboog, zonder hiervoor een rode kaart voor te krijgen? Jaap deelt de kneepjes van het vak in een mini-college. Hij is sowieso in een baldadige bui door het bedroevende spel United afgelopen weekend. De club haalde dan wel een finaleplek in de Europa League (tegen het eveneens teleurstellende Tottenham), maar volgens Jaap is niemand in Manchester in een jubelstemming. Koen en Jaap worden gelukkig wél enthousiast van Mats Wieffer, Cody Gakpo en van het opstomende Newcastle United.
