This podcast is for women that are tired of fitness being sold as a means to completeness. In this community, April will lead you in health spiritually (in Jesus Christ), emotionally, and bringing in good stewardship with fitness and nutrition. She is an ISSA Certified Elite Trainer with specializations in Nutrition, Exercise Therapy, Group Exercise, Personal Training and Body Building. April has lived a life bound by relational marriage cycles for many years, and because of Jesus and her relationship with Him, wants to help you learn how to break free of what holds you captive and unhealthy. She has also dealt with food issues, being overweight and underactive. Now, in her 40’s she lives a thriving, joyful, fit, and healthy life. Come join her community and allow her to hold your hand, teaching you, and holding you accountable in these areas of your life to bring full circle health.

<p style="font-weight: 400;">You can eat incredibly wholesome, yet still be overweight if you over consume for your needs. Or underweight if you under consume for your needs. With our nutrition, we need to face the fact that processed, chemically induced food is not at all helpful to our quality of life. It can interrupt our hormone structure causes thyroid issues just to give a small insight to what can happen. <p style="font-weight: 400;">Our Creator knows very well that living in freedom equals not making baggage for ourselves. We often do what is easy or feels good, thinking a fast result will come to bring us the fulfillment and happiness we search for. However, this almost always leads to heavy loads to carry if not very soon, later in our lives. This is very true both spiritually, emotionally and physically. I can attest to all of these. I did things the way I believed to be best for me, my perceived truth, most of my life. We all tend to lust after whatever gratifies our flesh. If it tastes good, feels good, looks good, we tend to indulge, regardless of the consequences.
