<p>Today’s lesson is all about simple, approachable, and actionable ways to upgrade the words we use every single day that shape our realities. You’ll walk away from this lesson with a new understanding of the power of your word, and six simple conscious language upgrades you can start using right away.</p><h2>In Today’s Lesson:</h2><p>* What is conscious language and why is it important? </p><p>* What is the scale of emotions and how can it help you access your inner power? </p><p>* What is the responsibility line and how can you use this visualization to take personal responsibility and step into your power? </p><p><strong>* Six simple but POWERFUL upgrades! Learn how to transform and upgrade these and similar phrases to new and empowering language patterns: </strong></p><p>1. “I can’t/don’t know how…” </p><p>2. “It’s hard” / “It’s not working” </p><p>3. “I’m broke” / “I can’t afford…” </p><p>4. “I don’t have time” </p><p>5. “I’m busy” </p><p>BONUS: “try” </p><p>BONUS: “but” —> “and” </p><p>6. “I don’t want…” </p><p>* What does it mean to be casting broken spells, and how does this affect our present and future? </p><p>* What is possible for you if you claim the power of your word and choose to use it consistently in your favor? </p><p>“Often, our belief about what we can and can’t do is [us] playing the blame game and placing the blame on our ability or our power when the truth is that, often, we have the power to make any number of choices.”</p><p>~Vervain Helsdottir</p><p> “‘It’s hard’ is really the heart saying ‘this is difficult and I don’t know what to do.’ So that actually goes to the realm of shutdown, of ‘I don’t know,’ ‘this is hard,’ ‘I can’t,’ that clamming up and that going into protection mode of ‘it’s hard and I don’t want to.’ ‘It’s hard’ is ‘I don’t want to,’ because it’s scary, or whatever it is. You may not have all of the translation there, it depends on the scenario, but ‘it’s hard….’ Is it really hard? Body, Mind, & Spirit (Divinatory Coaching Session for Whole Self Support) (part 1 of 2)
<p>I don’t know about you, but I’m feeling REALLY GOOD about 2022.</p><p>I know you and I both have a lot of work to do—internally and externally—this year, but I just have a really good feeling about our ability to take care of ourselves and stick with it. I’m rooting for you, and I’m rooting for me.</p><p>That said, I know I could certainly use all the support I can get this year for my WHOLE DAMN SELF—my body, my mind, and my spirit—and wouldn’t you know, my badass boss witch friends Sam and Jennifer put together a little 3-day workshop for Whole Self Support!</p><p>I signed up for the workshop (details below!), and item number one on the agenda was this tarot/oracle spread, so I got down to business with it… and knew almost right away that I had to share my takeaways with you!
