So depressed that it is hard to function or think straight. Can sleep most hours of the day if left alone. Stuck in a rut......for most of my life now. There are things that I have learned along the way. I am not a professional counsellor or psychologist, but highly recommend one if you need it. I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. I am an active member and love the Gospel.

Near Death Experiences
<p> Let's go for a ride with Tilley, Doug, Andy, and Jim up Emigration Canyon for an adventure of a lifetime. Have you ever felt like your guardian angels are working overtime or that your Heavenly Father might have had some sleepless nights because of your actions as a teenager? Well, I have. He has watched over and protected me throughout my life when the events taking place could have easily killed me. He has been very generous to me. For this, I am extremely grateful.</p> <p> Remember to submit a story about the most funny excuse that you have experienced of someone who has called in sick to work. I will read them during the next episode. Make sure to let me know who you are and I will give you a shout out! </p>

Living life to its fullest with friends!
<p> There are qualities in a person that I look for before I consider someone my friend. Trust, Morals and Values, Humor, not a crowd follower, someone who isn't threatened by people who are different than them, and a little (just a little) sarcastic. Friends can be, and are one of the gifts of life. They can make a good situation better or a bad situation tolerable and even enjoyable. </p> <p> This episode focuses on my friend, Alan Jensen. I share a couple of stories about Alan and I, and the trouble that followed us. One about Canyoneering in Pine Creek Canyon and the Narrows of Zion National Park, and the other story is about a mountain biking accident which ended up being a miracle. </p> <p> I would like to dedicate this to the four friends that I lost in 2020: <strong>Jill, Chantelle, Walt, </strong>and<strong> Alan. </strong> I am grateful to have the opportunity to share my life with such extraordinary people. God Bless you. </p>
