<p>In this two-part showcase of the Employment With Supports Program, James interviews Orianne Donig-Harder. Orianne has worked for CMHA since 2014. She worked as a Rehabilitation Worker in the Rehabilitation & Recovery Service and jumped at the opportunity to work in the Employment with Supports program when it started as a federal pilot project.
