If you're trying to force something and it's not in alignment, then energetically it doesn't flow for the business. Right. And then I would say also, if you're creating a role out of thin air, then the role is not defined. yet and so then oftentimes you're really asking that person to create the role with you and they might not have that skill set and then it can flop yes yeah and I think what I came to is that the the role has to exist in independently within the company or the need for the role needs to exist, exist independently of the person occupying the role.
