<p>My guest today is Lew, a mental health therapist who shared his struggles with mental, spiritual, and physical health. Lew was pretty active in his youth. Unfortunately, like most adults, being active starts losing priority as we age and gain more responsibility. Unhealthy habits led to an unhealthy mind and soon, Lew found himself weighing in almost 500 lbs. When faced with the reality that he may never see the age of 50, he was forced to recognize that he needed a change. Now 180 lbs lighter, Lew shares some easy tips on how to start incorporating these principles into your life today. By following a healthy lifestyle, Lew not only felt better physically and spiritually but also is able to maintain a positive attitude and focus on his goals.
