<p>פתאום קם מנכל בבוקר ומאגשי ומחליט ללכת. טל רבן ניהל ניהל במשך שנים רבות את החברות המובילות בארץ בתחומי הצריכה והוא מעיד על עצמו בקול רם: ״אני מנכל קצת אחר ולפני שאני מנכל אני בן אדם ״ השיחה בינינו עסקה בדיוק בדברים האלה: דברנו על מנהיגות ניהולית ערכית ומנהיגות ששמה את הערך האנושי במרכז דברנו על ניהול בעיקר בדרג של מנהלי הביניים ועל האתגרים שמשותפים למנהלים על התשוקה ליותר well being על איך לתכנן ולייצר ״תמונת הצלחה״ כזאת שתוביל אותך בחיים ובעסקים על כשלונות ולמה לא לומדים להכשל בבית ספר לניהול ? ומהם השרירים שמחזקים אותנו בהתמודדות עם אי הצלחות וגם על השינוי שהוא בחר לעשות - על מה קורה לתחושת הירך והזהות שלנו ביום שאחרי? היום בו הטלפון מפסיק לצלצל אין מזכירה, לשכה ונשאר האדם בלי התפקיד? ועל רגש בתוך ניהול בכיר-איך מביאים אותו לעבודה ?</p>

<p>"את הקידמה, לא משנה אם היא טובה או רעה אי אפשר לעצור" אוהד פינקלשטיין, כיום מייסד ומנהל דנלי קפיטל, היה שם כשהעולם שלנו השתנה. הוא היה שם יותר מפעם אחת וניהל, בין היתר, חברות ענק כשהמחשבים הביתיים פחות או יותר נכנסו לחיינו, וכשמהפכת ה-voice over נכנסה לעולם ואף אחד עוד לא חלם ששיחות בינלאומיות יהפכו למשהו שכולנו יכולים לצרוך בחינם. הוא ליווה חברות ענק וגם צפה בכאלה שלא שרדו שינויים בשוק ונמחקו מהמפה. היום הוא יועץ ומלווה חברות ענק וסטארטאפים, בארבע יבשות בתעשיות מגוונות ששייכות להווה ולעתיד, כי הוא מכור קצת לניבוי מגמות עתיד, עוזר להם להבין איך להוביל ספינות ענק בתוך עידן של כאוס וחוסר ודאות איך לחזק את שרירי ה"שינוי" ולהוביל אותן את הדרך. שיחה על השיעורים שלמד בדרך- כאלה ששווים היום המון כסף לחברות ולמיזמים שהוא מלווה. דברנו על הגמישות המחשבתית והרגשית ככלי ניהולי, על feeling gut לכל דבר, מה מאפיין את חושב הריח של יזמים ואיך הוא עוזר להם לנהל החלטות קטנות כגדולות . שיחה על ניהול ויזמות בתוך כאוס, חוסר ידע וחוסר וודאות ועל דברים שלא מלמדים בביה"ס למנהל עסקים.</p>
