In episode 84, I dicuss fathers and father figures that decided to be an ON instead of the father/father figure that they should have been. This episode was brought on by this Pooh Shiesty nonsense, but he and his father are far from the only ones to do something stupid. I also talk about the trauma of parents wanting their children to experience the challenges that we went through when we know how hard it was for us to deal with. The Passion
In this episode I speak about my youngest son fracturing his finger playing basketball, him having to sit out a couple of weeks, what he did during that time, and how his passion for the game made me realize something about my emotional melt down which I discussed in the previous episode "When Was The Last Time?". When Was The Last Time?
Happy New Year! It's been a minute, but I am back! To start off 2026 I decided to go the solo route for this personal episode. In this episode I talk about an emotional melt down I had at work, and if what I am doing is making difference with our future adults. I also discuss mental and emotional health, and how we have to take care of ourselves first. Thank you to my wife and cousin for being there for me during that time, and I also have to say thank you to my two coworkers that responded when I reached out to them as well 🙏🏾.
