"Psychedelic in the Sky" with Matthew Salton & Len Filppu
On a summer night in 1967, a teenager stepped outside looking for flying saucers… and witnessed a UFO encounter that would stay with him for life.
What appeared over Brockport, New York wasn’t just a light in the sky—it was a silent, burning object moving with intent, accompanied by a smaller orb trailing behind it.
In this episode, UFO experiencer Len Filppu and filmmaker Matthew Salton revisit a case supported by multiple eyewitnesses—including police officers—and one of the lesser-known but compelling UFO sightings in U.S. history.
But this story goes beyond a typical UFO sighting.
From decades of silence and ridicule to modern discussions around UAPs and consciousness, we explore a growing question: are UFOs simply unidentified craft—or could they be connected to human perception, altered states, or something beyond our current understanding of reality?
Featuring themes related to UAPs, extraterrestrial life, consciousness, and high-strangeness phenomena, this episode takes a deeper look at an encounter that still raises questions nearly 60 years later.
This isn’t just a sighting. It’s an experience that never really ended.
Enter at your own risk… this one lingers.
