   In this episode of What Do You Wanna Talk About? we welcome our first-ever guest, Ernest (our Science and Technology Correspondent!), for a conversation about technology that seems to be changing everything: AI.    Season Finale! Activate Summer Mode

   For our Season 1 Finale, we're doing a mid-year check-in and settling fully into summer mode. We revisit the intentions we set at the beginning of 2026 and talk honestly about how things are actually going - from staying consistent with the gym to mental health progress.
