[…] I remember that salad from time to time and I just want to redo it again. But I've done it. Yeah, me too. Yeah. I wrote down the recipe to remember it. You did. And it was good. You sent it to me and it was great. But this... It was a strawberry rhubarb chicken salad. And I was like, okay, I need to know. So I ordered it. And it had the most gorgeous piece of roast chicken on the top with the skin on. But it was so juicy and amazing. So it was like the chicken was really good. But then the salad beneath it, it was like probably a kind of a shallot. champagne vinaigrette style dressing with like some mustard you know like it had that kind of a vibe going on pistachios interesting greens so like okay yeah and then these pickled strawberries that were spicy so they had it was like had so much kick in a pickled strawberry but they were still pretty and red And they were like small strawberries.
