S4E8 Church on a Boat (Daniel Skokan)

In this episode, Jake interviews Daniel, a church planter in Czechia.

While some people trace their spiritual lineage back through generations of Christian believers, Daniel was born into a third-generation atheist family. Growing up, he heard about God only twice: once in school and once from his family.

One day, Daniel received a Bible from a non-believing friend and read it through cover to cover. He began going to a Protestant church, where the pastor took him to lunch and prayed with him. During this meeting, he somewhat unknowingly prayed some of his first prayers, including accepting Christ. Six months later, without any formal training, he and a few of his friends started a church and, not long after, it grew to 80 people.
