[…] Yes, the talent capture is, I would say, primarily technical because that's where people were investing the most money and that's where a lot of the innovation was thought to be coming from. Sales people, marketing people, ops people, talent people, everybody has great ideas for products, right? It's not just engineers that come up with them, but that's what VCs told people, so that's where the investment ended up. We are also seeing venture capital investing differently in startups now. They are much more cautious in who they're choosing to invest in. They're requiring companies to have a lot more diligence and that is also the advice I would give to job seekers because you need to be so diligent and strategic in your job search now to rise above the competition that has appeared in these last couple of years.
