Enza currently serves as the executive director of Delaware Futures. Natalie Armor-Payne, M.Ed is a retired teacher with decades of experience in classrooms with at-promise youth. She is experienced in trauma-informed care and serves as the Director of Programs at Delaware Futures. Natalie is an experienced advocate, mentor, and teacher, as well as a parent and caregiver champion. She strives for policy improvements in mental health and homelessness for youth in Delaware.
