<p>Chester South and Eddisbury's candidate for the General Election took time out to answer some low level questions about the Liberal Democrat outlook both nationally and locally.</p> <p>We touched on Proportional Representation, Connectivity (floats my boat), Education, Modern Languages, parades and discussed without saying it, exactly what the Romans have done for Chester.</p> <p>Great bloke, great chat</p>
