<p>Euforia kemenangan Timnas Indonesia atas Bahrain di Kualifikasi Piala Dunia 2026 Grup C masih terasa. Suporter bola masih menanti-nanti kepastian Indonesia bisa melenggang ke Piala Dunia setelah kemenangan pada 25 Maret kemarin.</p><p><br></p><p>Eks pelatih, Shin Tae Yong bahkan ikut girang dengan kemenangan timnas yang pernah diasuhnya tersebut. Shin Tae Yong mengapresiasi kemenangan Timnas dibawah asuhan coach baru, Patrick Kluivert. Meski begitu, STY menyayangkan adanya beberapa momen yang bisa dimanfaatkan untuk mencetak gol. </p><p><br></p><p>Kemenangan membuat Indonesia tetap berada di peringkat keempat klasemen Grup C kualifikasi zona Asia dengan koleksi sembilan poin dari delapan laga. </p><p><br></p><p>Tapi gimana nih kans Indonesia melanggeng di Piala Dunia 2026? </p><p><br></p>

<p>Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat (DPR) mengkonfirmasi bahwa perkara penghinaan terhadap presiden dapat diselesaikan melalui restorative justice (RJ) dalam RUU Perubahan atas Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1981 tentang Hukum Acara Pidana atau KUHAP.</p><p><br></p><p>Sebelumnya DPR telah mempublikasikan RUU KUHAP. Dalam draf tersebut, DPR mencantumkan penghinaan terhadap presiden sebagai pengecualian perkara yang dapat diproses secara restorative justice.</p><p><br></p><p>Namun kemudian, ketentuan itu diralat. Ketua Komisi III DPR Habiburokhman mengatakan ada kesalahan redaksi dari draft yang dipublikasikan dimana seharusnya Pasal 77 tidak mencantumkan pasal penghinaan presiden dalam KUHP.</p><p><br></p><p>Melansir laman Mahkamah Agung, Keadilan restoratif atau restorative justice adalah penyelesaian perkara melalui dialog dan mediasi yang melibatkan pihak korban, terdakwa, keluarga korban, maupun pihak lainnya yang terkait.</p><p><br></p>
