Tom McAndrew is a cosy mystery writer from a small village in Mayo, proving that a little imagination can go a long way. His debut cosy-crime mystery, Doocey Half-Sees Whodunnit, introduces readers to Shamie Doocey, a visually impaired detective at the centre of a story full of mystery, humour and unexpected twists. Tom, who studied art at NCAD and has faced his own challenges with sight, has secured a three-book publishing deal in the US. We'll be chatting about his journey into writing, his inspiration and bringing a fresh perspective to the crime genre.
