[…] And I went ahead and took I noted down when they happened. And for a year, I made sure to track my cycle. And I found that either the first three days or the three days following my period, which three out of the four seizures I had in a one-year timeframe, there was a three-day window that they would occur in following the end of my cycle. So if you had a seven-day period, then days eight, nine, and 10, Those three out of those four seizures occurred in that three day time period. And they all happened between six and nine p.m. So what we did with that, it's crazy, right? But what we did with that information was we took that to my neurologist who said, well, why don't we add a buffer for three days? […]
